Fangming Jiang is a full professor at Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion (GIEC) of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He founded the Laboratory of Advanced Energy Systems and has been serving as the director of this laboratory since 2011. He got his Ph D degree from Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of CAS in 2001, and M Sc and B E degree from Chongqing University in 1998 and 1995, respectively. During 2002-2011, he worked successively in IMM-GmbH (Germany), University of Aveiro (Portugal), and The Pennsylvania State University (USA). Prof. Jiang is active in research areas of fuel cell and Li-ion battery science and technology, geothermal energy exploitation, thermofluidics, CFD, etc. He has authored 2 books, 7 book chapters and more than 200 peer-reviewed journal articles. He holds about 50 invention patents and copyrights 30+ computational programs. He has contributions to more than 100 academic conferences, including tens of invited/keynote/plenary lectures.

Dr. Prashanth S. A., was born in Hubli, Karnataka India on 30th September 1989. He completed his Graduation (Bachelor of Science) in 2010 from JSS College, Karnatak University, Dharwad, India. He did his Post graduation (Master of Science) in 2012 from P. C. Jabin Science College, Hubballi, Karnatak University, Dharwad, India. He completed his Doctorate degree (Doctor of Philosophy) in 2017 from Central College, Bangalore University, India. Then he started his Postdoctoral studies in Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, India. Presently he is working as Assistant Professor of Chemistry, SVM Arts, Science and Commerce College, ILKAL, affiliated to Rani Channamma University, Belagavi, Karnataka, India. He published more than 50 International peer-reviewed original research articles in refereed journals and 15 book chapters in RSC and Elsevier publications. He recently worked as an academic visitor at JNCASR to carry out the research work as Visiting Scientist in the group of of Bharat Ratna Prof. C.N.R. Rao. He is an Editorial board member for Materials Physics and Chemistry & Analytical Chemistry International and also referee for International peer-reviewed journals namely Analytical Methods, Chemical Engineering Journal, Advanced Materials Letters, Surfaces and Interfaces, Materials Letters, Scientific reports, ACS Sensors and Microchemical journal. He recently awarded “International Young Scientist – 2021” award and “Member of Royal Society of Chemistry (MRSC)”. He is presently working as a visiting fellow at Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester, England, UK. His research interests are electrochemical sensors, electroanalytical chemistry, additive manufacturing and materials chemistry for energy storage applications.
Prof. Yifei Wang

Dr. Yifei Wang is currently an Associate Professor in School of Mechanical Engineering and automation, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen. He received his B.Sc. degree from Department of Modern Mechanics, University of Science and Technology of China in 2012, and his Ph.D. degree from Department of Mechanical Engineering, The University of Hong Kong in 2016. Afterwards, he worked as a Postdoc in the same university. His research interest is mainly focused on fuel cells, metal-air batteries and water electrolyzers. Till now, he has published over 80 scientific articles in these areas, with a total citation of 3000+ and a h-index of 31. He has also filed 10+ patents on innovative fuel cell and battery technologies.
Prof. Xiaoqiang Cui

Xiaoqiang Cui received his Ph.D. degree from the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2002. Following his doctoral studies, he worked as a research fellow at Nanyang Technological University (2005) and the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology in Japan (2008). In 2010, Dr. Cui joined Jilin University, where he is currently appointed as the Changbai Mountain Scholars Professor and the Tang Aoqing Scholars Distinguished Professor in the School of Materials Science and Engineering. He is the deputy Dean of the school. His research interests include the interfacial regulation of low-dimensional materials, and electrocatalysts and photocatalysts for energy conversion and storage. He has published over 200 SCI-index papers, which have been cited over 10,000 times, resulting in an H-index of 60. He holds 37 granted invention patents.
