ICACAR 2022将围绕“先进控制、自动化与机器人”的最新研究领域而展开，来自世界各地的主要研究人员和行业专家将通过论文和口头报告介绍最新研究成果。

本次会议将于2022年3月26-28日在中国广州召开，在会议期间您将有机会聆听到前沿的学术报告，见证该领域的成果与进步。

We invite submissions on a wide range of research topics, spanning both theoretical and systems research. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

• All dates refer to PST/PDT time, i.e.Pacific Time Zone

• Our payment system will not charge any extra fee, but the credit card payment may incur a few exchange commission fee which is charged by payers bank, it should be borne by payers. 

Guidelines: 

1. The accepted papers will be published online conference proceedings.

2. An acceptable limit is 5-12 pages per paper, if the paper exceeds 6 pages, the additional pages will be charged as 70 USD/ page. 

3. The registration fee is subjected to the deadline which is indicated as “early, regular, late, onsite“ in the registration fee table.

4. The Participants attend the meeting session of March 27 only to do the presentation, not publish the paper, please choose "One day Program" registration.

5. The participants intend to do the presentation and to publish their papers, please select "IASED member, Nonmember or Student" registration.

6. The participants attend the conference as a listener, please download the registration form in which you can find the payment method. After payment, please send us your filled registration form and payment voucher.

Registration Instructions:

1. All participants are expected to fill in the registration form. Please contact icacar@iased.org for registration form.

2. It is required to send your camera-ready, registration form, and payment by the deadline to the conference email box.

3. Pay the registration fee through our online payment system(click), the link could be found in the registration form as well.

4. Send us your filled registration form, payment voucher along with other related documents to conference mailbox, icacar@iased.org.

Benefits for IASED member and Students:

1. The IASED membership has the privilege of registration as indicated in the registration fee table. When you finished the payment, please provide your IASED member ID.

2. If you register with 'student', please send your valid student identity as supplementary.

3. Please notice that only one preferential item can be valid for one applicant.

What covered by the registration fee?

1. Full registration fee covers (Author only) publication fee + meeting sessions on 26-28 March + 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, 1 dinner on 27 March+ conference kits.  

2. ''One-day program'' registration fee covers meeting sessions on 27 March + 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, 1 dinner on 27 March +conference kits. 

3. Tutorials should be registered individually.

4. Tutorial Registration includes all tutorials sessions + lunch. 

5. A printed program, attendance certificate, a souvenir will be provided on the conference site. 

Cancellation policy

1. For "No shows", the registration fee is nonrefundable. 

2. A written refund/cancellation request received by 20 Oct. 2021, can be accepted, and a US$100 administrative fee will be charged. After 20 Oct. 2021, the refund/cancellation request will not be accepted. 

Statement:

1. On the principal of participants' safety first, the organizer reserves the right to change the conference date and venue against force majeure. The participants are obliged to comply and cooperate with the organizer's decision.
